Hi all,
Have you ever wandered around the Internet, looking for a recipe, or maybe a tip you saw quickly and now you want to go back and read more? Or, maybe you feel alone in the "paleo" world, and just need some new ideas and camaraderie. Well, here is a list of sites I've found to be helpful at various parts along our journey. This is by no means a complete list, just a sampling of the sites I've visited recently.
www.paleoparents.com - Tips, stories and recipes for families, people with picky children, etc. They also have a section on helpful tools, etc.
www.paleopot.com - No time to cook after work? No worries! Pop the roast in the crock in the morning, and it's ready to eat when you are.
www.foodee.com - the Foodee project - lots of great recipes! "The Foodee Project brings the best paleo friendly meals and resources to one easy to use location."
www.paleocomfortfoods.com - Just as the name suggests, a bunch of great recipes, like Grandma's cooking, but paleo-ized! - "We are simply two home cooks with an immense joy of growing, cooking and eating fantastic food. We love sharing what we learn along the way with others."
www.whole9life.com - "Founded in 2009 by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig, Whole9 is a community focused on health, fitness, balance and sanity, all built on a foundation of real food and healthy nutritional habits."
www.everydaypaleo.com - Recipes and tips from a mom, living the paleo lifestyle with kids and making it work.
www.marksdailyapple.com - Mark Sisson's website. He wrote Primal Blueprint.
www.robbwolf.com - Robb Wolf's site - He wrote the Paleo Solution.
www.latestinpaleo.com - The weekly paleo podcast.
I hope you find some of these sites helpful, and happy reading!
